Is power really an axis by which to judge what we want. When we look at the world, it’s easy to see it as all coming down to power, even money is downstream of power, though they are entwined by the concept of ownership. But when we look at our own lives, power doesn’t feel like the main goal, at least for me. I prioritise simpler more apparent things like health, happiness and connection with others. Maybe that is a privileged position that’s downstream of power, I suppose I don’t want to be overpowered as that is to be oppressed. I don’t feel oppressed. – awvc
